2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
